Small Business Loans
Community Futures North Fraser is able to provide
entrepreneurs with small business loans up to $150,000.00.
Loans are available for business start-ups, business
expansion, or to stabilize an existing business. A loans
committee comprised of community volunteers reviews and
approves all loans. This insures community involvement in
all our loans.
Acceptance for a Business Development Loan depends on:
· Market potential and future economic viability of the business
· Location of the business
· Competent management
· Local job creation
· Experience related to the venture
· Reasonable personal financial investment
· Ability to repay
· Adequate security for the venture
· Creation of a business plan
Community Futures loans are offered with:
· Competitive interest rates
· Flexible repayment schedule
· No pre-payment penalty
