Bridging the Generational Divide

With four generations working together in the workplace,
managers are at a loss as to how to understand and manage
the new generation, often referred to as Generation Y, as
traditional managerial methods are just not working. This
program will take a look at each of the four generations, their individual work styles, and how to understand and work with
multi-generational employees.

The main focus of this program is targeted to both employers of youth and to youth themselves. You will learn Generation Y workplace behaviour, challenges for today’s employers, and best practises for human resource management.
