Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is
responsible for the affairs of the Corporation. The Directors are selected
by nomination and vote by the current Board of Directors at the Annual General
Meeting (AGM) The public are invited to attend the AGM. A call for Board
Directors is publicized in the local newspapers prior to the meeting. The
goal of the Community Futures North Fraser’s Board of Directors is to seek
representation from across the region it serves.
The term of each elected Board of Director is two years, with a maximum of
three continuous terms served. The terms commence on alternating years and
up to five (5) Directors may be elected at each annual meeting.
