· Annual General Meeting
The Annual
General Meeting is held in June of every year.
The public is
welcome to attend.
The membership
accepts nominations for Directors of the Board throughout the year to fill available
vacancies. An appointment to directorship is then finalized by vote at a
special meeting of the members.
